论坛的重要内容之一是签署了两国在加强核电领域合作的谅解备忘录。捷克工贸部部长姆拉代克说：“备忘录的主要目的是加强两国主管部门在核电政策方面的交流与沟通，同时也促进企业或研究机构在符合双方利益、共同感兴趣的核电技术领域的合作”。
与会代表分别介绍了本国核电发展的状况，并就可能开展合作的具体内容进行了交流与讨论。韩国合作方还将参观捷克主要核电设施—隶属于捷克国家电力集团(CZE Group)的特梅林(Temelin)核电站和杜科瓦尼(Dukovany)核电站。
