据了解，该标准暂停了运输代理费，临时降低部分杂费标准，铁路货物运输物流服务费在原标准基础上减半收取；抑尘费按照1.5元/吨收取；保价费应当按照货主自愿的原则收取，不得强制执行，对煤炭和焦炭运输不再收保价费；货物站台费按减20%收取。临时降低张集线由每吨公里0.3元下调至0.21元。下调部分地方铁路货物运输价格，扎伊线运价由每吨公里0.4元下调至0.3元；霍扎线运价由每吨公里0.42元下调至0.3元。
