该项目位于新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州察布查尔锡伯自治县伊泰伊犁工业园，预计总投资184.14亿元，建设规模为102万吨/年油品及其他副产品，主要建设内容包括煤气化装置、空分装置、净化装置、费托合成及油品加工装置、尾气制氢装置等主体化工装置。
该项目主要承担具有我国自主知识产权的华东理工大学日投煤3000吨/台多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术应用、中科合成油公司费托合成及油品加工成套技术和关键装备百万吨级工业化应用以及机械蒸发加结晶浓盐水等示范任务，示范意义重大。
项目建成投产后，预计将实现年销售收入71.86亿元，利润总额15.55亿元。该项目建设有助于推进新疆地区煤炭深加工产业自主创新和技术升级，提升煤炭资源转换效率和综合利用水平。
新疆自治区发改委将按照国家能源局的要求，督促企业尽快制定项目示范方案和工作计划，积极组织技术开发和工程设计等研究、开发及试验工作，争取国家年内核准该项目。(刘凯）
