丽水36-1气田距浙江省温州市150公里，海域平均水深约84米，该气田共有4口生产井，主要生产设施包括一座综合平台及一个处理终端。
中海油在丽水36-1气田拥有51%的权益，并担任作业者。超准能源中国有限公司和超准石油公司作为合作伙伴，分别拥有该气田36.75%和12.25%的权益。
