该厂在高温天气来临之前，通过转变风系统运行方式降低厂房内环温，安排人员每天进行水系统充淤，保证冷却水畅通无阻，检修人员和运行人员定时、重点、高频率监测主要发电设备外壳和载流导体温度，随时报告设备异常温度。受环境温度大幅升高影响或上游大量来沙造成发电机组轴承温度偏高时，采用勤倒机组水向和加强巡视检查方式控制机组温度在合理范围。每天大负荷发电时段和下午天气温度最高时，安排运行人员巡视主要设备温度数据，一旦发现异常变化，立即组织相关技术人员展开分析、查找原因、制定方案、消除隐患。 此外，该厂进一步推行节水措施，提高水能利用率，加强与调度部门的联系，勤调整、勤分析，最大限度地减少机组空载运行时间，保持机组在最优工况下运行。(侯齐)
