大灾当前，责任在先。南方电网公司党组书记、董事长赵建国要求以恢复人民用电为目标，不惜代价，动员全网员工，确保安全、及时地向广大人民群众提供生产生活用电。公司副总经理王良友率相关部门，在海南组成现场指挥部，统一部署抢修复电工作，要求全体抢修人员做到“知灾，人到，旗到，电通”。
“威马逊”造成海南、广东、广西电网严重受损。为快速修复受灾最严重的海南电网，南方电网全网一盘棋，从6家单位抽调6600多人的抢修队伍，紧急奔赴海南进行抢修复电的最后攻坚。（蓝望）
