据悉，上述公司于2012年开始与缅甸合作方洽谈合作事宜，经缅甸电力部长访问英国期间与英方达成一致意见后，英国公司与缅甸ZeyaandAssociate及Aggreko公司于7月7日签署合作协议，准备不久启动项目。
RollsRoyce公司计划在仰光“罗嘎”建3台0.9万千瓦机组燃气电站；AndamanPowerandUtility公司计划在土瓦“甘宝”建燃气电站。
